Terms and conditions

Digital Dreams SRL, hereinafter "the Supplier", is registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J13/2944/2005, VAT ID RO 17947239, with its registered office at Str. Baba Novac nr. 175, BN8-C2 ap. 34, municipiul Constanța, județul Constanța. The Supplier operates the Web Design Agency brand, part of the digitalART group.

1. Acceptance of the terms

Using the webdesignagency.ro website or ordering the services presented on it implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Services offered

The Supplier provides business website creation, online stores, redesigns, web hosting and maintenance, in line with the packages published on the packages page. The prices shown are final for the content described in each package; optional extras are quoted before being invoiced.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email. Payment is usually 50% in advance on ordering and the balance at launch, according to the package chosen.

4. Delivery of the services

The delivery period runs from the complete receipt of the client's material (raw copy, photos, access to the domain/hosting where applicable) and is specific to each package: Start 3 weeks, Business 4 weeks, Premium 5 weeks.

5. Warranty

All projects come with a 30-day warranty from launch for any technical problem directly related to our delivery.

6. Intellectual property

Once payment has been made in full, the client owns the delivered website. The content of this website (webdesignagency.ro) belongs to Digital Dreams SRL and is protected by intellectual property law.
