Privacy policy

Digital Dreams SRL, with its registered office at Str. Baba Novac nr. 175, BN8-C2 ap. 34, municipiul Constanța, județul Constanța, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J13/2944/2005, VAT ID RO 17947239, operates the webdesignagency.ro website under the Web Design Agency brand, part of the digitalART group.

1. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us directly: through the contact form (name, phone, email, company, message) or through conversations on WhatsApp or by phone. We do not collect sensitive data.

2. Why we collect this data and on what legal basis

We use your data exclusively to respond to your request — to contact you about a project, to send you a quote, or to deliver the service you ordered. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. The legal bases (GDPR art. 6) are:

  • Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) — for the data in the contact/order form, so that we can respond to your request and, if you become a client, deliver the service.
  • Consent (art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can withdraw it at any time from "Cookie settings".
  • Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)) — for invoicing and accounting records, if you become a client.

3. Who we disclose the data to (processors)

To function, the site relies on a few suppliers acting as processors, strictly on our instructions:

  • The hosting and email provider — stores the site and transmits the messages from the form.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.

4. Cookies, Google Analytics and transfers outside the EEA

The site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic statistics, ONLY if you give explicit consent (Google Consent Mode v2 — set to "denied" by default until you accept). Full details about cookies, including a table of every cookie used, can be found in our cookie policy.

Through the use of Google Analytics, some data (for example the IP address, pseudonymised) may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, a country outside the European Economic Area. The transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to which Google is certified, as appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep the data from the contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and of our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. For any request, write to us at office@webdesignagency.ro.

7. Supervisory authority

If you consider that the processing of your data breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).

8. Changes
